Jefferson Dragons Sweep East Jackson in Region Series

The Jefferson Dragons faced their 3rd Region 8AAA opponent last week as they faced the East Jackson Eagles.  Jefferson dominated this series as they outscored East Jackson 34-2 for the series, with the Eagles plating their only two runs in the final game of the series.  Game 1, played at home, kicked things off right for the Dragons.  Right out of the gate, Jefferson plated 4 runs in the 1st.  This included a 2 RBI Triple by #10 Joshua Hutch (1-for-3 3B 2RBI) , followed by a RBI Double by #12 Zack Boobas (1-for-3 2B RBI), and a RBI Double by #8 Hunter Thompson (1-for-2 2B RBI).  #20 Taylor Wilkes (3-for-3 HR RBI 3Runs) added another run in the 2nd with a solo Home Run.  2 more runs scored in the 4th from a RBI Single by #18 Will Breese (3-for-4 2RBI) and then a RBI Fielders Choice for Hutch.  Jefferson closed out the game in the 5th with 3 more runs, inluding a 2 RBI Single from #17 Caleb Chandler (1-for-3 2RBI) and then with bases loaded Breese drives a RBI Single to close out the game and secure the run run win.
On the mound for Jefferson, #20 Taylor Wilkes got the start.  Wilkes pitched 5 complete innings and recorded 9 Ks, allowing just 1 hit to secure the win.

Moving to Friday night at East Jackson, Jefferson kept them rolling as they cruise to two wins by scores of 8-0 and 16-2.  Jefferson rolled with big offense through both games including a 3 run homer by #10 Joshua Hutch in game 2.  #14 Asher Standridge got the win for game 1 shutting out the Eagles and then Hutch got the start for game 2, with 2 runs scoring in the first, but then Eagles stayed off the board the rest of the way for the 16-2 win..

Following this series, the Dragons stand at 12-3 (8-1 Region 8AAA) sitting in 2nd place currently in the region.  They face the Bulldogs of Hart Count this week in more region competition and then face the Jackson County Panthers next week.

JV Game 11 - Jefferson (18) @ East Jackson (4)

On Wednesday, March 23, the Jefferson Dragons JV team traveled across the county to face the Eagles of East Jackson.  The Dragons took control of this game right out of the gate in route to an 18-4 win over the Eagles.  Jefferson got things rolling in the 1st, scoring 5 runs.  With two on, #11 Brandon Clinton (2-for-5 2RBI 2B) split the hole between short and 3rd for a 2RBI Single.  #8 Brandon Trefren (2-for-3 2RBI 2B) followed with another 2 RBI single, and then #19 Logan Garner (2-for-5 RBI) drove a RBI Single.  With a 5-1 lead, the Dragons added 3 more runs in the 2nd including a RBI Sacrifice Fly for #7 Clayton Jones (1-for-3 3RBI SacF), and a RBI Single by #18 Vinny Farley (2-for-3 4RBI).  Jefferson took advantage of some fielding errors in the 4th to add 2 more runs and then in the 5th 3 more runs crossed including a 2 RBI Single by Jones.  With a 13-4 lead going into the 7th, Jefferson jumped further ahead with some big hits scoring 5 more runs.  #5 Sammy Elegreet (2-for-5) reached on Single to get things going. With 2 on, Farley drove a 2 RBI Single. Clinton then followed with a Double and then #15 Ryan Godfrey (1-for-4 2RBI 2B) followed right after with a 2 RBI Double.  Godfrey later scored giving the Dragons an 18-4 lead, which they held for the win.

On the mound for Jefferson, #9 Sam Wells got the start.  Wells recorded 3 innings of work on the hill, with 1 K and allowing 4 runs (1 earned run) on 4 hits.  #13 Khalil Bailey came on in relief.  Bailey recorded 1 1/3 innings of work with 1 K and allowing 0 runs and 0 hits.  #16 Allen Bryan came on to close the game.  In 2 2/3 innings of work, Bryan recorded 5 Ks and allowed 0 runs on 2 hits.

Following this win, the Dragons stand at a record of 8-2-1.  They have 3 games remaining for the 2016 season including their final home game with Banks County on Thursday (whether permitting) and then on the road the next two Mondays against Athens Christian and Elbert County.

JV Game 10 - Oconee (4) @ Jefferson (15)

On Monday March, 21, the Jefferson Dragons JV team hosted the Oconee County Warriors.  Helped by some big offensive support, the Dragons were able to take a 15-4 win over the Warriors in 6 innings.  Jefferson first jumped on the board in the 2nd inning following a RBI Bunt Single by #6 Billy Finch (2-for-3 2RBI) that drove in #12 Terrell Wall (1-for-4 RBI).  The game began to open up in the 3rd inning with 5 runs crossing.  With bases loaded, #11 Brandon Clinton (1-for-2 2RBI BB) drove a 2 RBI Single, followed by a productive RBI ground-out for #8 Brandon Trefren (0-for-2 RBI), a RBI infield Single by Wall and a RBI Single by Finch, putting Jefferson up 6-2.  2 more runs crossed in the 4th including a RBI Double by #24 Carter Evans (1-for-1 2B RBI).  3 more scored in the 5th including a 2 RBI Triple by #7 Clayton Jones (3-for-4 2-3B 2RBI) and a RBI Single by #18 Vinny Farley (2-for-3 RBI).  Up 11-4 going to the bottom of the 6th, the Dragons plated 4 more runs to secure the win.  This included a RBI Sacrifice Fly by #20 Justin Cole (0-for-4 SacF RBI) and a 2 RBI Single by #9 Sam Wells (1-for-1 2RBI), which secured the win for Jefferson.

On the hill for the Dragons, #19 Logan Garner got the start.  Garner finished with 3 Ks and allowing 1 run on 1 hit in 2 innings of work.  #16 Allen Bryan came on in relief with 1/3 of an inning of work and 1 K recorded 1 run scoring on 1 hit.  #14 Tate Bennett then came on with 1 2/3 innings pitched, recording 1 K and allowing 2 runs on 2 hits.  #18 Vinny Farley came on in the 5th, recording 1 2/3 innings of work with 1 K and 0 runs with 1 hit allowed.  #13 Khalil Bailey closed out the 6th for the Dragons and in 1/3 of an inning, faced 1 batter forcing a fly out to end the inning.

Following this win the Dragons stand at 7-2-1 on the season.

Jefferson Takes Region Series Win Over Oconee County

The Jefferson Dragons faced their second Region 8AAA opponent last week as they faced the Warriors of Oconee County.  After falling in game 1 at Oconee by a score of 4-2, the Dragons battled back to sweep the double-header at home on Friday by scores of 8-6 and 3-2.

For the first game of the series, Jefferson managed 11 hits through the game, but were only able to push around 2 runs.  Their first run did not come until the 5th inning.  That is when #20 Taylor Wilkes (2-for-4 2B 2Runs) reached base on a Double, and then scored when #18 Will Breese (1-for-4 2 2B RBI) followed with a RBI Double.  The only other run came in the 7th, when Wilkes reached on another Double and scored on a RBI Single by #10 Joshua Hutch (1-for-3 RBI).
On the mound for game 1, Wilkes also got the start.  Wilkes pitched 6 complete innings, recording 7 Ks and allowing 4 runs on 7 hits.

Moving back home on Friday night for the series double-header, the Dragons were able to muster up some big offense in 3rd inning of game 1 to help hold on for the win.  The first run came in the 1st inning, when #12 Zack Boobas (1-for-3 2B RBI 2 Runs) drove a RBI Double scoring #15 Zac Corbin (2-for-3 2 Runs).  The big offense came in the 3rd, with 6 runs crossing.  #8 Hunter Thompson (1-for-3 Run RBI) drove in the first run with a RBI Single, scoring Boobas.  #6 Kasan Rainey (2-for-3 3RBI Run 2B) followed with a 2 RBI Double and #20 Taylor Wilkes (1-for-3 2 RBI) later followed with a 2 RBI Single.  Corbin scored the 6th run after reaching base on a Single and later stealing home for a run.  The Dragons tacked on another run in the 4th when Rainey drove another RBI Single, scoring Boobas.
On the mound for this game, #14 Asher Standridge got the start.  Standridge recording 5 innings on the hill, recording 5 Ks and allowing 3 runs (2 earned) on 5 hits.  #24 Brooks Beddow came on in relief in the 6th and in 2/3 of an inning, allowed 3 runs on 3 hits.  #7 Patrick Hickox came in to close out the game.  Hickox pitched 1 1/3 innings and allowed 0 runs and 0 hits, securing the win for the Dragons.

The final game of the series was a tight battle, going down to the final at bat.  The Dragons recorded their first 2 runs in the 3rd.  With the bases loaded, #22 Lane Watkins (1-for-2 RBI) walked and the #6 Kasan Rainey (0-for-2 RBI) was hit by a pitch, both forcing in runs.  The score remained tied at 2-2 going into the 7th inning.  #20 Taylor Wilkes (3-for-4 Run) set the stage with a lead-off Single.  #15 Zac Corbin (0-for-1 SacBunt) followed with Sacrifice Bunt, forcing Wilkes around.  #8 Hunter Thompson (1-for-4 RBI) later stepped to the plate and drove a walk-off RBI Single, scoring Wilkes and winning the game for Jefferson.
On the mound for Jefferson, #10 Joshua Hutch got the start.  Hutch recorded 2 1/3 innings on the hill, recording 2 Ks and allowing 1 run on 2 hits.  #7 Patrick Hickox came on in relief and in 4 2/3 innings, recorded 2 Ks and allowed 1 run on 5 hits.

Following this series, the Dragons stand at a record of 9-3 (5-1 Region 8AAA).  They face their next region opponent, East Jackson, this week.

JV Game 9 - Jefferson (13) @ Stephens County (3)

On Saturday, the Jefferson Dragons JV squad hit the road again to face the Stephens County Indians.  The Dragons took control of this game early and took cruised to 13-3 win in 5 innings.  Jefferson jumped on the board with 2 runs in the 2nd inning.  This came has #4 Hart Blackstock (1-for-3 2B 2RBI BB) drove hard shot past 3rd scoring #19 Logan Garner (1-for-4) and #6 Billy Finch (1-for-1 2B).  Jefferson scored another run in the 2nd when #18 Vinny Farley (3-for-4 2B 2RBI) drove a single followed by a Double from #11 Brandon Clinton (2-for-4 2B RBI).  Farley then scored on a Single from #8 Brandon Trefren (2-for-3 RBI).  In the 4th, 4 more runs crossed.  #12 Terrell Wall (1-for-4 RBI) legged out an infield hit for a RBI and #7 Clayton Jones (2-for-3 2 RBI) followed with a RBI Single.  2 more then scored when Clinton forced an error on a grounder to 3rd allowing 2 more runs.  Jefferson went up by 10 in the 5th.  With the bases loaded on 2 walks and a hit batsmen, Jones walked forcing in a run.  Farley then followed with a 2 RBI Double and Clinton followed with a RBI Single.  #18 Logan Garner enabled the last run forcing an error on a shot to 2nd.

On the mound for Jefferson, #22 Will Wood got the start.  Wood recorded 3 1/3 innings of work, recording 2 Ks and allowing 3 runs on 3 hits.  #14 Tate Bennett came on in to close out the 4th.  Bennett pitched 2/3 of an inning with 1 K.  #16 Allen Bryan closed out the game for Jefferson in the 5th, facing 4 batters  and recording 3 Ks to secure the run rule and win.

The Dragons now stand at 6-2-1 for the season. They will face Oconee and East Jackson this week.

JV Game 8 - Jefferson (3) @ Franklin County (9)

The Jefferson Dragons JV team traveled to Franklin County on Thursday for a game with the Lions.  Jefferson jumped on the board first in this game, but in the end were unable to hold off the offense of Franklin County, resulting in a 9-3 loss, and the Dragons 2nd loss of the season. As previously mentioned, the Dragons jumped on the board first in the 1st inning.  #5 Sammy Elegreet (1-for-4) led the inning off with a single, followed by a single by #7 Clayton Jones (1-for-3).  #8 Brandon Trefren (0-for-3 RBI) then drove a RBI grounder to 2nd allowing Elegreet to score, which was then followed by a RBI double by #18 Vinny Farley (2-for-3 2B RBI). This gave the Dragons an early 2-0 lead.  Jefferson's only other run came in the 4th.  With just 1 out, Jefferson loaded the bases on 3 straight hits from Farley, #11 Brandon Clinton (1-for-3), and #15 Ryan Godfrey (1-for-3).  Farley then scored on a RBI single by #6 Billy Finch (1-for-2 RBI).  That was all the Dragons could muster, however.

On the mound for Jefferson, #8 Brandon Trefren got the start.  Trefren recorded 4 1/3 innings of work, recording 2 Ks and allowing 7 runs on 8 hits.  #14 Tate Bennett came on in relief.  Bennett pitched 2 2/3 innings, recording 2 Ks and allowing 2 runs on 3 hits.

Dragons Sweep Morgan County To Start 2016 Region Schedule

The Jefferson Dragons opened up their Region 8AAA schedule last week, facing Morgan County on the road on Tuesday and then in a double-header at home on Friday.  In this opening series, the Dragons managed a sweep of Morgan County, taking game 1 on the road by a score of 3-1.  Back home on Friday, Jefferson took game 1 of the double-header 7-6 and game 2 5-1.

Game 1 of the series took place on the road.  The Dragons 3 runs came in the 1st and 2nd innings.  In the 1st, #15 Zac Corbin (1-for-3 Run) started things with a single and later scoring following a RBI Double by #10 Joshua Hutch (2-for-4 RBI).  Hutch then scored on a RBI single by #12 Zack Boobas (1-for-3 RBI).  The Dragons other run came in the 2nd when #22 Lane Watkins (1-for-2 Run BB) led off with a walk and then scored on a RBI Sac Fly by #20 Taylor Wilkes (0-for-3 SacF RBI).
On the mound in Game 1, #20 Taylor Wilkes got the nod.  Wilkes recorded 5 innings of work allowing just 1 run on 1 hit and recording 5 Ks.  #7 Patrick Hickox, came on in relief to close the game and in 2 innings of work, faced the minimum and recorded 1 K, securing the win for Jefferson.

Back in Jefferson on Friday evening, the Dragons kept things rolling for the double-header.  Jefferson jumped on the board with 5 runs in the 3rd.  This included a 2 RBI Double by #20 Taylor Wilkes (1-for-4 2B 2RBI Run), a RBI Double by #10 Joshua Hutch (2-for-4 RBI 2 Runs), a RBI Triple by #12 Zack Boobas (4-for-4 3B RBI 2Runs), and a RBI by #8 Hunter Thompson (2-for-4 2RBI).  Down by 1 going to the bottom of the 7th, Jefferson plated 2 runs to record the win when Hutch scored on a RBI single by Thompson and then Boobas scored when #6 Kasan Rainey (1-for-4) forced an error on a grounder to short.
On the mound, #14 Asher Standridge got the start.  Standridge recorded 6 1/3 innings of work, allowing 6 runs (3 earned) on 6 hits and recording 7 Ks.  #7 Patrick Hickox came on in relief in the 7th, pitching 2/3 of an inning and forcing 2 ground-outs.

For Game 2 of the double-header, Jefferson kept Morgan County quiet and jumped on the boarded with 4 runs in the 3rd.  This included a 2 RBI Double by #15 Zac Corbin (1-for-3 2B RBI) and a 2 RBI Double by #8 Hunter Thompson (2-for-4 2B 3RBI Run).  Jefferson tacked on 1 more the 4th on a RBI Single by Thompson, scoring #10 Joshua Hutch (1-for-2 2B 2Runs) who reached on a Double.
On the mound for Jefferson, #10 Joshua Hutch got the start.  Hutch recorded 6 innings of work, allowing just 1 run on 3 hits and recording 8 Ks.  #22 Brooks Beddow came on in relief in the 7th.  Beddow recording 1 inning of work to close out the game with 3 Ks securing the win and sweep for Jefferson

Following this series, the Dragons stand at a record of 7-2 (3-0 Region 8AAA).  They face Oconee County in their next region series.

JV Game 7 - Gainesville (5) @ Jefferson (3)

On Monday evening, the Jefferson Dragons JV squad hosted the Red Elephants of Gainesville.  This was a game where the Dragons had a tough time moving runners against some tough pitching from Gainesville and in the end, Jefferson had its first lost of the season, by a final of 5-3.

Jefferson managed just 1 run through the 1st 6 innings of the game.  Their only run in this stretch came in the 2nd.  #18 Vinny Farley (1-for-3) and #11 Brandon Clinton (1-for-2 BB) started things with back to back singles.  #24 Carter Evans (BB), then followed with a walk to load the bases.  The run came when #4 Hart Blackstock (RBI BB) laid down a  RBI Sacrifice Bunt, scoring Farley, getting Jefferson on the Board.  This was all Jefferson had until the bottom of the 7th.  Down 5-3, the Dragons tried to rally, scoring 2 runs,when #6 Billy Finch and #2 Billy Guthrie both get hit by pitches to lead the inning off and then a RBI single by #5 Sammy Elegreet (1-for-3 RBI) drove in Finch on a RBI Single.  Guthrie then scored on a RBI ground-out by #12 Terrell Wall (0-for-4 RBI).   That was all the Dragons could muster.

On the mound for Jefferson, #71 Lane Watkins started things off, recording 1 1/3 innings of work with 2 Ks and allowing 1 hit and 1 run.  #91 Zac Corbin came on in relief, recording 1 inning of work, with 2 Ks and 1 run on 1 hit.  #19 Logan Garner then came in and in 3 2/3 innings of work, recorded 4 Ks, allowing 2 runs on 2 hits.  #22 Will Wood recording 1/3 of an inning and allowed 2 hits and 1 run.  #14 Tate Bennett closed out the 7th for Jefferson with 2/3 of an inning and recording 1 K.

Following this game, the Dragons stand at a record of 5-1-1.  The travel to Franklin County Thursday, March 17 with a 5:55 start, and then travel to Stephens County on Saturday, March 19 with a 1:00 start.

JV Games 5-6 - Monroe Area @ Jefferson - Double-header

On Thursday, March 10, the Jefferson Dragons JV squad hosted the Monroe Area Hurricanes in a Double-header.  The Dragons came on strong against the Hurricanes recording big wins in both games by scores of 11-2 and 12-3.

In Game 1, Monroe Area scored quickly in the first, with 2 runs, but that was all they could muster.  Jefferson responded with 2 runs of their own in the 1st.  #12 Terrell Wall (1-for3 3B Run) starting things with an infield single and then #7 Clayton Jones (1-for-1 2BB) following with a single.  #18 Vinny Farley (2-for-3 2B 4RBI) then followed with a 2 RBI single, scoring Wall and Jones.  Jefferson tacked on 5 more runs in the 2nd including including back to back 2 RBI doubles by Farley and #11 Brandon Clinton (2-for-2 2B 2RBI BB).  Another run came in the 3rd when Wall reached on a triple and scored in a RBI grounder by #10 Brandon Trefren (0-for-3 RBI BB).  Jefferson tacked 3 more runs to close out the game in the 4th including a RBI single by #5 Sammy Elegreet (1-for-3 RBI Run) scoring run following Clinton leading the inning off with a single.

On the mound for Jefferson, #91 Zac Corbin started things off.  Corbin recorded 1 1/3 innings of work with 3 Ks and 2 runs scoring off 2 hits.  #14 Tate Bennett came on in relief in the 2nd and kept the Hurricanes quiet, recording 3Ks and allowing just 2 hits and 0 runs in 3 2/3 innings of work.

Game 2 of the double-header started in similar fashion, with the Hurricanes jumping on the board with 2 runs in the top of the 1st.  Jefferson responded with 6 runs in the bottom of the innings, including an RBI by #7 Clayton Jones (0-for-2 RBI), a RBI single by #18 Vinny Farley (1-for-2 2B 2RBI), a RBI by #19 Logan Garner (0-for-2 RBI),  and a 2 RBI Double by #5 Sammy Elegreet (1-for-2 2B  2RBI).  #15 Ryan Godfrey (2-for-3 RBI) drove in another in the 2nd, scoring Jones, who reached on a walk.  3 more cross in the 3rd, including a 2 RBI Double by #12 Terrell Wall (1-for-2 2B 2 RBI).  Jefferson's final run came in 4th, when #14 Tate Bennett (1-for-1 RBI) came in for a pinch-hit RBI single scoring #9 Sam Well, who legged out a drop 3rd strike to lead off the inning.

On the mound for Jefferson, #18 Vinny Farley got the start.  Farley recorded 3 Ks and allowed 2 runs on 3 hits in 2 2/3 innings of work.  #13 Khalil Bailey came on in relief in the 3rd.  Bailey recorded 1/3 of an inning allowing 1 hit and 0 runs to cross.  #9 Sam Wells came on in the 4th.  Wells recorded 1 inning of work allowing 0 hits and 0 runs, including forcing a 6-4-3 DP to close the inning.  #16 Allen Bryan closed out the game in the 5th.  Bryan allowed 1 hit and 1 run, but recorded 3 Ks to close out the inning and the game for Jefferson.

Following this match-up with Monroe Area, Jefferson stands at 5-0-1.

JV Game 3-4 - Jefferson @ North Oconee - Double-header

On Tuesday, March 8, the Jefferson Dragons JV team hit the road to to North Oconee to take on the Titans in a double-header.  In two close contests that were shortened to 5 innings, the Dragons took game 1 by a score of 5-4 and tied game 2 in 7 innings at 2-2.

In Game 1, Jefferson jumped on the board quickly with 3 runs crossing in the first inning.  #2 Billy Guthrie (1-for-3 RBI) drove an RBI single scoring #5 Sammy Elegreet (1-for-3) who had reached on a single.  #18 Vinny Farley (1-for-3 RBI) drove in Guthrie on an RBI single and then later scored on an RBI single by #3 Garrett Catanach (1-for-2 RBI BB).  Jefferson scored another in the 3rd when #19 Logan Garner (1-for-2 RBI) drove in #15 Ryan Godrey (1-for-2 BB) who reached on a a single.  The Dragon's 5th run came in the 4th on an RBI single by #21 Logan Chatham (1-for-2 RBI) scoring Catanach who led the inning off with a walk.

On the mound for game 1, #22 Will Wood got the start.  Wood recorded 4Ks in 3 Innings of work with 4 runs crossing on 6 hits.  #14 Tate Bennett closed out the game, facing the minimum with 3 Ks in 2 innings of work to secure the win for Jefferson

In Game 2, the game stayed scoreless until the 3rd.  That's when the Dragon's struck first in the top of the inning scoring their only 2 runs of the game.  #12 Terrell Wall (1-for-3 BB Run) started things with a walk and later scored.  #7 Clayton Jones (1-for-4) then reached on a single and later scored on an RBI double by Vinny Farley (2-for-3 2B RBI).

On the mound for the Dragons, #18 Logan Garner got the start for game 2.  Garner recorded 7 Ks, allowing 2 runs on 2 hits in 5 innings of work.  #8 Brandon Trefren came on in relief in the 6th, keeping the Titans quite in 2 innings of work allowing 0 hits and 0 runs, preserving the tie.

Following this double-header, the Dragons stand at a record of 3-0-1.

JV Game 2 - Jackson (5) @ Jefferson (6) - Extra Innings

After a couple of rain-outs and a forfeit no-show, the Jefferson Dragons JV squad was finally able to hit the field again on Wednesday evening as they hosted the Jackson County Panthers.  In a game that was tightly contested all the way through, the Dragons were able to battle to a 6-5 win in 8 innings.  The Dragons jumped on the board first in the 1st inning when #20 Justin Cole (2-for-4 RBI 2B Run) hit a lead-off single to get the game rolling.  Following a SacBunt by #12 Terrell Wall (1-for-2 SacB RBI), Cole was able to score on a passed ball, to give Jefferson an early 1-0 lead.  The score remained 1-1 until the 5th where the Dragons gave up 1 run in the top of the inning and then in the bottom, following #24 Carter Evans (1-for-3 2RBI 2B) lead the inning off getting hit by a pitch and later scored of a RBI Double from Cole to tie the game a 2-2.  The tie went to 3-3 in the 6th after #7 Clayton Jones (0-for-3 BB Run) scored on a RBI by by Evans.  The game went into extras tied a 3-3.  The Panthers scored 2 runs in the top of the 8th to take in 5-3 lead.  Going to the bottom of 8th 3 better reached getting hit by pitches. Evans came up once again and drove a RBI Double.  #2 Billie Guthrie came in to pinch run and later scored to tie the game at 5-5. The game ended when Wall walked with bases loaded to give the Dragons a 6-5 win.

On the mound for Jefferson, #19 Logan Garner got the start.  Garner recorded 3 innings of work with 6Ks and allowing 1 run on 0 hits.  #10 Brandon Trefren came on in the relief and closed out the game.  Trefren recorded 5 innings of work, with 7 Ks and allowing 4 runs on 6 hits.

The Dragons now stand at 3-0 for the season.  They play two double-headers this coming week, traveling to North Oconee on Tuesday and then hosting Monroe Area on Thursday.
